1.2 By engaging the Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Services
2.1 The Company provides a range of services, including, but not limited to:
* Boiler installation and servicing
* Heat pump installation and servicing
* Wood burner installation and servicing
* Pipework installation and repair
* General plumbing services
2.2 All services are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
3. Charges
3.1 Charges for services are calculated based on an hourly rate, which includes the time spent on-site and the associated travel time.
3.2 Part of an hour spent on-site will be charged as a full hour.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to adjust its hourly rate at any time.
3.4 Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation
4.1 You may cancel a booked appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. 4.2 If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the Company may charge a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
5.1 The Company will use reasonable care and skill in providing its services.
5.2 The Company is not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5.3 The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All intellectual property rights in the services provided by the Company remain the property of the Company.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
7.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
